What are One way CLICKNROLL cruises?

One way CLICKNROLL cruises are win-win daily cruises for both the boat owner and cruise passenger. Boat owners use CLICK N ROLL cruises to fill their empty voyages between destinations.

For the traveler these cruises are the perfect opportunity to experience a daily cruise on a luxury motor yacht, catamaran or another type of luxury vessel on an offer.

What is included in the price of my cruise?

The charter price includes:

  • The purchase of the cruise (fuel included)
  • Skipper and crew of the boat
  • Bottled water, soft drinks, beers, 2 bottles of wine, snacks and seasonal fruits
  • The boat insurance which is provided by the owner and verified by us
  • VAT and all relevant costs
  • CLICKNROLL services fee

What is the RRP?

The RRP of a product is the price that the wholesaler recommends that the retailer ought to charge for it. So, it is the price the cruise should be sold for.

What is the Security deposit of the boat?

The security deposit is not included in the final cost of the rental. It is held to cover the cost of any minor damages on board caused by the guests. The security deposit will be paid at the point of embarkation, directly to the owner or his representative and will be refunded in full at the end of the cruise unless damage has occurred.

What is the payment policy?

The total amount must be paid in order to confirm the booking.

If we are less than the maximum boat capacity, do we get a better price?

No.

How can I pay?

CLICKNROLL accepts payments via:

  • Viva Wallet
  • Credit or Debit Card*
  • Bank Transfer

* Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
**American Express has a supplementary charge of 3.5%.

What security does CLICKNROLL provide for my online payments?

All card payments are secure and encrypted using the internationally accepted security system, SSL.

Will I receive proof of my payment?

Within minutes of paying the deposit you will receive the booking confirmation by email along with a receipt for the amount paid.

When a reservation is considered complete?

As soon as you complete the payment of the deposit. Few moments later you will receive the booking confirmation in your email along with the invoice for the amount that you have paid.

What happens if the cruise I have booked has to be cancelled by the owner because of unforeseen circumstances?

If for any reason the cruise that you have booked becomes unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and you will get a full refund.

What is the policy for cancellation by the customer?

Booking cancellations will incur cancellation charges. These cancellation charges will depend on how much notice you give us of your intention to cancel your booking prior to the start date of your Booking:

Will I be able to contact the owner / administrator of the boat before the day of the cruise?

Yes, we will provide you with all necessary contact details regarding your cruise 30 days prior to the charter date or when the full payment is complete.

Check-in and check-out information

Check-in and Check-out times are always sent via email by the boat owner or administrator a few days before the cruise.

Safety on board and children

The safety of all passengers and crew members has always been top priority aboard our cruises. All staff members on-board and ashore are genuinely committed to this safety philosophy. Aboard all boats collaborating with CLICKNROLL, a competent and qualified crew is dedicated to the well-being and the safety of all our guests around the clock.

Stick to what your skipper says and you will always be totally safe. An adult must be responsible for children’s safety at all times.

What is the Charter party?

Charterparty is the maritime contract between you and the boat owner or administrator. It is the responsibility of the owner or his representative to prepare this contract and ensure that it is signed by both parties at the time of check-in.

Reminder: Please note your legal obligation to submit a list of the names and nationalities of all passengers with their passport numbers by email a week before the cruise.

How is my personal data protected?

On behalf of the company, we work with the information you provide to us with the purpose of placing an order and billing the services, only in the case we have your consent. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. Likewise, you are the owner of the following rights over your personal data:

The right to request access to personal data. The right to request rectification or deletion. The right to request the limitation or opposition of your treatment. The right to data portability. For the execution of rights you must send us a written communication via email to info@clicknroll.com specifying the right you wish to enquire about. Likewise, we inform you that you can request the protection of your rights with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority located at 1-3, Kifissias Avenue 11523 AMBELOKIPI , ATHENS , GREECE.

Boat Owner or Administrator

What are the costs associated with registering my boat with CLICK N ROLL?

Both boat registration and cruise entry on clicknroll.com are absolutely free, without any subscriptions or extra charges!

How will I be notified of a new charter request?

When we receive a reservation request for one of the charterers you are offering we will immediately inform you by telephone and or email (as previously agreed) so that you can approve the request and the booking can be processed.

Can I contact the charterer?

Yes! We provide you with all the necessary contact details of the charterer 30 days before the cruise.

Who is responsible for the Charter Agreement?

CLICKNROLL is not included in the charter agreement. It is your responsibility to provide it to the charterer and for the most part is signed at check-in time on board. We will notify the charterer seven (7) days prior to the start of the fare to provide you with the details and necessary crew information so that you can fill in the “Crew list” before check-in.

What are my obligations during the check in process?

– Complete and co- sign the agreement with the charterer

– Confirm the identity of the person who is chartering the boat

– Confirm the “crew list”, the boat’s status and the equipment list of the boat with the charterer.

What is the Security deposit of the boat?

The  amount of the deposit and the method of payment are determined by you and should be communicated clearly to the charterer during the booking process. You must also clarify the manner in which the Security Deposit will be refunded.

Please note that the Security Deposit is not included in the final cost of the charter.

What happens when the charterer cancels the cruise?

In the event that the charterer cancels the reservation for any reason, you will be compensated in accordance with our cancellation policy:
